Our site consists of approximately 15 acres and is situated on Alpine Avenue in Alpine Township with the retail portion situated on the initial 200 feet depth and the storage facility on the remaining, using a 40-foot retaining wall to create a drop-off of 40 feet. We took a site that had only 100 feet of workable land and brought in over a half a million yards of fill to allow enough space to construct our multi-use facility. 40-foot retaining wails then had to be constructed to manage this vast amount of dirt. A roof was built over the top of the tallest retaining wail, which created units with 14-foot high doors for RV, boat and business storage at minimal costs. These units are separately metered with heat, air conditioning, electric, telephone, water and sewer to each unit. The Township has approved office use in every one of our inside storage units as well as storage for such business purposes as plumbing, drywall and mechanical assembly. The remainder and greater portion of the facility offers the traditional outside accessible units in traditional sizes as well as an inside climate controlled environment group of units varying in sizes from 5x5 to 10x20. The facility also offers outside storage for a more affordable solution for RV, Boat and miscellaneous vehicle storage. We have several directionals throughout the property that are lit to aid customers as they traverse our storage facility.

Evergreen Storage offers its customers unlimited amenities that will keep them satisfied year after year. Our full-service business center offers faxing and copying services. Meeting and conference rooms are available with 32-inch LCD Flat-screen televisions with DVD and VCR capabilities. A kitchenette is conveniently located in the meeting area to afford serving snacks or lunch. Wireless internet is available and can be plugged in for multiple uses during meetings. This internet service is not exclusive to only the conference rooms but throughout the entire facility as well. Internet time can be purchased at one of our several computer stations. We also offer a full range of moving, packaging and security supplies to meet the demands of our customers. Our full-service packaging and shipping center is a big draw for customers who are extremely busy. For a small fee, our employees will pack and relocate customers' items to their storage unit. Recurring payments can be made each month through a checking account or by credit card, and online payments are accepted as well. We also offer a full- line of U-Haul truck rentals through our affiliation with the U-Haul company. Customers may even rent internet time on our ultra deluxe computer system by Dell with web camera access. 24-hour access and state of the art security is just one of the other many amenities that Evergreen Storage is proud to offer its customers. Over 450 mailboxes are available for rental in the lobby of our business center. Customers who lease these post office boxes have the convenience of 24-access to their mail without having to access the storage area. We firmly believe that Evergreen Storage offers its customers excellent services at competitive prices. Evergreen Storage also built an indoor showroom in which customers can view full size 5x5, 5x10, 10x10 and 10x20 units without the need to travel beyond the showroom or have the salesperson leave the sales floor. At the Evergreen Storage showroom, you will find our logo engraved in our marble floor, Corian countertops throughout the showroom and kitchenette with real wood cabinets and chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. A bathroom that one would wish in their own home has slate tile throughout the walls and granite countertops with automatic sinks.
