Evergreen Storage is entering the "Construction Winner Category" based on the tremendous obstacles that were overcome during construction of this state of the art facility. We believe that these enormous complexities deserve the recognition that this prestigious award will offer. The impossible challenge of the topography of the land was turned into a multi-use site that is situated in front of more than 5,000 apartment residents. The multi-use site consists of approximately 15 acres which contain two retail shopping buildings with over 60,000 square foot of space, 105,000 square foot of state of the art storage facility, a free standing daycare with 6,000 square feet and a multi-station automatic car wash to be built on the site. Located across from four major anchor stores, consisting of Wal-Mart, Sarm's Club, Menard's and Art Van, Evergreen Storage can be seen by the more than 58,000 vehicles per day that travel busy Alpine Avenue in the suburbs of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The two shopping centers with over 60,000 square feet of retail space overlook the storage facility. These shopping centers feature tenants such as Great Clips Hair Salon, Sprint Cellular, Quick Drop E-Bay Store and many more.

The retail buildings are all brick and split faced block with plenty of Effis for added architecture. The shopping centers feature signage at the front of the building and are approved for rear signage. They also include a snow melt system in the walkway to melt snow as it falls onto the sidewalk. The buildings feature stamped, stained concrete sidewalks and pre-built state of the art outdoor restaurant patios. The shopping centers have hanging flowers throughout the buildings and the middle and end cap spaces have the ability to do a second floor retail area at no charge for rent with windows overlooking the city for miles. A road was built that connects the storage and retail entities to the large apartment residencies. This road also leads to stoplights in front of Menard's and Sam's Club that allows our customers easy access to the main road. We have five curb cuts throughout our property that lead to major roads. Evergreen Storage is meticulously landscaped with decorative bricks and walls throughout the site.
